Parenting while neurodivergent? You’ve just found your people.
Parenting while neurodivergent can feel exhausting… holding things together, managing everyone else’s needs, and wondering why everyday life feels so overwhelming.
This is a low-pressure community & resource space for parents who are tired of feeling like they have to cope alone.
Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or just beginning to explore your neurodivergence, you’re welcome here.
Designed especially for you.
The Neurodivergent Parent Space is a leading online community designed for neurodivergent parents. Hosted by three clinical psychologists with over 50 combined years of lived and learned expertise, you’ll find evidence-informed support, a library of practical resources, monthly workshops, and genuine connection.
A space where you don’t have to explain yourself.
If you’re sick of advice that doesn’t fit, you’ll find understanding, support and genuinely neurodivergent-affirming parenting here.
Most parenting spaces focus only on raising your child. The Neurodivergent Parent Space also focuses on what it means to parent as a neurodivergent person.
We created this space to feel different, which means you don’t have to mask, keep up, or pretend you’re coping better than you are.
You can choose how you show up, whether you join every session, participate quietly, or mostly read along. Whether you pop in each day, or just whenever you remember.
We’ll be here when you need us.
You’re welcome in our community, whether…
you’re formally diagnosed or self-identifying autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic… or any other form of neurodivergent - or if you’re still figuring things out
you’re parenting neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or typically developing children (or if you’re not sure yet!)
you’re navigating pregnancy, parenting toddlers, the middle childhood years, or supporting teenagers.
The Neurodivergent Parent Space community is for any parent (or grandparent, or carer) feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsupported by typical parenting spaces.
You don’t need to tick a box here. If this space feels like a relief, you’re in the right place.
See inside for a different kind of parent support.
Watch below for a flavour of what you’ll see in The Neurodivergent Parent Space app as a community member - without showing our confidential chats of course! Or take a deeper look with our free trial.
There’s something incredibly comforting about being surrounded by people who understand the invisible parts of your experience - I don’t feel I have to mask or explain myself. I can be honest about my wins and my struggles and there’s always someone who says “same” or “here’s what helped me”.

We can't make parenting easy. But we can help it feel less lonely, more understandable, and more manageable.
Real Connection: You’re not too much, and you’re not alone. No more explaining or masking. Just shared experience with other parents who genuinely get it.
Practical Support: You’ll find evidence-based resources built with neurodivergent nervous systems in mind. Strategies & ideas to help you show up for your child - and yourself - in doable ways.
Psychology Expertise: Run & shaped by 3 Clinical Psychologists with 50+ years lived & learned ND experience, bringing wisdom from clinical experience & real life.
Stop Feeling Like You’re Failing: Parents in our community tell us they’re now more self-compassionate & understanding of themselves.
Reduce Overwhelm: Parents say they better understand their nervous system - & their child’s. This means they can recognise & prevent overwhelm earlier for the whole family.
Mask Less & Be Yourself: Parents tell us they are masking less, connecting with themselves, & feeling more confident in their relationships.
Don’t just take our word for it… Here’s what community members say about The Neurodivergent Parent Space:
What’s inside?
Support can look different on different days.
Some days it’s joining a live session.
Sometimes it’s reading a post and realising you’re not the only one.
It could be finding strategies that actually work for your nervous system.
Or just being somewhere you don’t have to explain yourself.

Most parenting groups focus on changing your child's behaviour. We focus on supporting you as a neurodivergent parent, as well as exploring how you can best support your child. Alongside practical strategies, you'll find a psychology-led, neuroaffirmative community where you don't have to mask, explain yourself, or pretend you're coping better than you are. Our aim is helping parenting feel more manageable and less lonely.

There is no expectation to post or attend everything. Many parents begin by quietly reading other members' experiences before joining conversations when they feel ready. The community is designed to fit around your capacity, not create another thing you feel you should keep up with.

Yes. The Neurodivergent Parent Space is created and led by Clinical Psychologists with many years of professional expertise alongside lived experience of neurodivergence. Everything we share is grounded in psychology, current understanding of neurodiversity, and the realities of everyday family life, rather than one-size-fits-all parenting advice.
