Wondering about Neurodivergence in Yourself or Your Child
Have you noticed something — in yourself, in your child, or in both of you — that you can't quite name? Maybe it's a pattern of intensity or sensory sensitivity, or always finding certain things harder than they seem to be for other people. Maybe you've come across the words autism or ADHD and felt an unexpected flicker of recognition.
This session is for anyone at the beginning of that process of wondering, or still in the middle of it after a long time searching. You don't need a diagnosis — or even a strong hunch — to find something useful here.
We'll look at what neurodivergence can look like in adults and children, how it tends to run through families, what the path toward diagnosis or self-discovery can look like, and what practical support is available at different stages. We'll also spend time on what to do when you're not sure where to start.
You'll come away with more clarity, some concrete next steps, and a sense that wherever you are in this, you're not alone.
