Parenting Teens Community Discussion

ND Parent space community members ONLY

Join us for an informal, community-only discussion about parenting teenagers.

This one-hour session will be hosted by Dr Jo and Dr Siobhan, two clinical psychologists who bring professional expertise and lived experience of parenting teens. Rather than a workshop or talk, this is a relaxed, conversational space where we’ll reflect together on the realities of this stage of parenting.

We’ll touch on common challenges, emotional shifts, changing relationships, and the pressures parents often carry - with plenty of room for nuance, honesty, and shared understanding. You can participate as much or as little as you like

This session is designed to offer connection, validation, and thoughtful discussion in a supportive community setting.

Please note that this webinar is for educational and informational purposes and is not clinical advice or therapy.
