All our training is neuroinclusive and will include adjustments for neurodivergent practitioners.

Led by Dr Siobhan Higgins, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and Dr Jo Mueller, Clinical Psychologist and parent consultant.

Dr Siobhan is a Senior Clinical Tutor, lecturer and Module Lead at the IOPPN, Kings College London. In this role, Siobhan offers teaching, training and supervision for mental health professionals on adapting psychological therapy for neurodivergent children, young people and parents. In addition to her extensive clinical experience working with neurodivergent children and young people in CAMHS teams, Siobhan has additional specialist experience as an early years therapist, working in under 5s, neonatal and perinatal settings.

Dr Jo currently works in private practice, supporting parents of neurodivergent children and those wondering - in 1:1 consultations, group work, webinars and via online communities. She has extensive experience of providing therapy to children and adolescents across neurodevelopmental CAMHS teams and paediatric services in London. She designed a new evidence-based programme to support parents of neurodivergent children as part of clinical research trial at Kings College London, and teaches mental health trainees on this topic. Dr Jo is currently co-writing a book to support parents with parenting their neurodivergent children.

  • YES! We have self identifying, and wondering facilitators, lived experience through family members as well as clinical experience as psychologists. We also have a panel of neurodivergent parents who co-produce with us and support the work we do.
