Protecting Your Social Battery: A Burnout-Prevention Workshop for Neurodivergent Parents

Does parenting drain your battery faster than you can recharge? You’re not alone.

A practical, compassionate 1-hour workshop for neurodivergent parents who want to understand their social battery, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable tools for preventing burnout.

Neurodivergent parents often experience faster ‘burnout’ because of sensory overload, emotional labour, multitasking demands, everyday parenting and advocacy (if your child has needs too). In our February webinar, we’ll think together about burnout and discuss practical strategies to understand your energy patterns and protect your well-being without guilt.

What This Workshop Covers:

In this 1-hour interactive workshop, you will learn:

  • What the “social battery” really is and why ND batteries drain differently

  • How to identify your personal battery drainers and rechargers

  • Fast, realistic recharge techniques for neurodivergent parents

  • How to “battery budget” your day to prevent overwhelm

  • ND-friendly ways to set boundaries with kids, partners, and family

  • How to build a personalised battery-protection plan you can use immediately

  • Free copy of our ’Social Battery for Neurodivergent Well-being’ resource.

This workshop is gentle, low-pressure and designed with ND needs in mind.
