1.5 day online training event for therapists, psychologists, CBT therapists, trainee psychologists and professionals supporting autistic and AuDHD adults therapeutically.
Learn how therapy can be tailored to better support autistic and ADHD adults with training that has been co-produced and combines expertise through lived experience as well as expertise by training. It also draws on up to date research in this area. With thanks to neurodivergent folk who are part of our Neurodivergent Parent Space community who helped shape the training, and the previous training attendees whose feedback helped to improve it.
Have you noticed both the practical and theoretical aspects of your therapy training don't quite fit the needs of your neurodivergent clients? As a therapist you end up feeling stuck, and unsure about how best to support your neurodivergent clients. You question if therapy is helping, and worry, am I a bad therapist? This practical training will give you the confidence to know that the therapy you're providing is neuroaffirmative and you'll leave with practical adaptations you can implement within your models of working, straight away, to ensure that you are tailoring your therapy to what your client needs.
Who is this training for?
Therapists, psychologists, trainee psychologists, CBT therapists, and other professionals who work therapeutically with autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD clients, even if they are not diagnosed.
